Each member city commits to presenting a report on its implementation measures for the “Ten-point Plan of Action” to the Steering Committee every two years.

The Steering Committee will pass on all reports to the Scientific Secretariat for evaluation.
These individual reports will contribute to a collective summary report that will assess the development of the ECCAR and determine further action.

In order to facilitate the member cities in the preparation of their reports, the Steering Committee has developed some general guidelines and a report form.
