Membership for cities and district governments is conditional upon filing a letter with the Steering Committee comprising an application for membership in the Coalition.
Please do not forget to indicate the contact person with a full address, phone number and e-mail address.

Membership is obtained as soon as the application for membership is accepted by a Steering Committee majority decision.


Letters to the Steering Committee should be written in English and sent to the Administrative Secretariat.
